Biografía.
Cecilia Irene Loeza Mejía se ha destacado por su trayectoria académica en el área de Inteligencia Artificial Experimental, específicamente, el aprendizaje automático (o ciencia de datos). Actualmente es Candidata a Doctora en Ciencias de la Ingeniería por el Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Misantla (ITSM), es Maestra en Sistemas Computacionales, es Maestra en Ciencias Computacionales y Telecomunicaciones, y es Ingeniera en Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones. Cecilia Loeza tiene en su haber artículos científicos y capítulos de libro en revistas de investigación con índices Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Scopus, CONAHCyT y Latindex. Entre los artículos científicos destacados se encuentra The potential and challenges of Health 4.0 to face COVID-19 pandemic: a rapid review. Su trayectoria de investigación la ha llevado a obtener distinciones, entre las que destacan: Galardón Mujeres que inspiran, marzo 2023, Xalapa, Veracruz; Premio Municipal de la Juventud, categoría Logro Académico, miembro del Padrón Veracruzano de Investigadores y colaboradora del Cuerpo Académico Internacional (grupo de investigación) Inteligencia Artificial del ITSM.
