Biografía.

Allan Antonio Flores-Fuentes received a Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca, México, in 2009. Since 2011, he has been with the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, where he is currently a Researcher. His research interest includes multilevel static converters and control by means of artificial intelligence applied to dielectric barrier discharges and their applications. Actualmente es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores Nivel 1.
