Biografía.

Profesor Investigador de Tiempo Completo Nivel B. Cuenta con una estancia posdoctoral realizada en el Instituto de Estudios Superiores y Tecnológicos de
Monterrey (ITESM), en el laboratorio de Ambientes Inteligentes. Además, ha realizado estancias de investigación en la Universidad Cristiana de Texas
(TCU) en el 2008 y en el Centro de Investigación Científica y Tecnología de Ensenada (CICESE) en el 2012. El Dr. Garcia ha sido tesorero de la Sociedad
Mexicana de Ciencias de la Computación del 2014 al 2017. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores SNI nivel 2 desde el 2014.
Sus líneas de Investigación son: Cómputo Cuántico, Interacción Humano Computadora, Aprendizaje Automático, Inteligencia Artificial, Cómputo Ubicuo y Visión Artificial.
